About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Middle Office team in the Japanese Corporate area. The successful candidate will have a strong background in middle office processes related to corporate clients and excellent communication skills.

The role of Client Service Analyst will play a key part in the Branch Middle Office team, reporting to the MID Director. Key responsibilities include assisting in the creation, implementation, and execution of the middle office for JCBD in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the management of client service requests across a breadth of all markets and associated products and services
  • To support the Product, Relationship Managers and Portfolio teams with middle office support
  • To support the Director on the creation of the middle office framework with presentations and process maps
  • To support the business' compliance with internal processes and policies and other ad hoc support

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a bank in a middle office function, particularly with Japanese Corporate clients
  • Japanese language skills, written and reading
  • Business or law degree from a reputable university
  • Good knowledge of middle office processes related to corporate clients
  • Experience in a middle office environment viewed favorably
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to work effectively across departments
  • Essential external customer-facing experience
  • Clear communication skills in both writing and speaking
