About the Role

Suntory Oceania, a leading beverage partnership, seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for its Celsius brand within the fitness channel. This exciting opportunity allows you to lead from the front, building impactful partnerships and sharing the Celsius story.

The successful candidate will be responsible for winning new business through cold calls, presentations, and trade show networking. They will also expand Celsius' reach by increasing physical availability, visibility, and distribution across gyms, studios, and other fitness outlets.

This role offers the chance to build powerful partnerships with internal teams, execute channel plans, and manage sales performance. If you have a passion for the fitness industry and proven success in business development, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and convert opportunities in the fitness channel through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Expand physical availability and distribution of Celsius products across gyms, studios, and other fitness outlets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute impactful promotional activity and channel plans.
  • Manage trade spend and forecast sales performance to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements
  • A genuine passion for the fitness industry and a hunter mindset.
  • Proven sales experience and success in business development, preferably within beverages, FMCG, fitness, or supplements.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of the gym and fitness supplements space.
