About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Government and Defence sector team in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organisation and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase user adoption and achieve sales targets within the Government and Defence channel.
  • Present Milwaukee products and solutions to clients and stakeholders, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing users, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.
  • Utilise Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  • Participate in sales events, industry meetings, and social networks to represent the company's brand and establish relationships with key stakeholders.

About the ideal candidate:

  • Strong experience in business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present products and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
