About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Government and Defence sector team in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organisation and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase user adoption and achieve sales targets within the Government and Defence channel.
- Present Milwaukee products and solutions to clients and stakeholders, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing users, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Utilise Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Participate in sales events, industry meetings, and social networks to represent the company's brand and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
About the ideal candidate:
- Strong experience in business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present products and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and relationship-building.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
