As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication with clients throughout the construction process.

About the Role
  • You will maintain client relationships by creating and maintaining accurate records and associated documentation;
  • Ensure timely updates to clients during the construction phase and respond promptly to their queries;
  • Provide administrative support to construction supervisors as needed;
  • Liaise with internal departments to clarify progress or issues raised by clients and other teams;
  • Coordinate settlements and facilitate a smooth handover process with clients;
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in residential construction is highly desirable;
  • A good understanding of various stages of the construction process is essential;
  • Familiarity with building regulations, codes, and architectural plans is necessary;
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple activities simultaneously;
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required;
  • Experience with onsite companion software is an advantage;
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency are crucial;
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive team environment.
