Pre-Construction Administrator

">Job Description:

Our client is a residential house builder with a reputation for quality and staff welfare, which has led to their continued success. The company has experienced substantial growth, leading to the requirement for another experienced customer service professional to join their high-performing team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain onsite customer service relationships by creating and maintaining client files with relevant contract and associated documentation.
  • Arrange contract appointments & variation appointments with clients.
  • Assist clients with colour selections and product re-selections when required.
  • Provide onsite liaison, offering regular updates to clients during construction.
  • Update clients on post-construction items and works when required.
  • Liaise with internal departments, including estimating and drafting teams, to clarify progress or issues raised by clients and other departments.
  • Perform other relevant administrative duties.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience working for a volume residential builder.
  • Good understanding of various stages of the construction process.
  • Good understanding of building regulations, codes and architectural plans.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and deal with a variety of activities.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Onsite Companion software experience preferred.
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and have a can-do attitude.
  • A team player.
