Residential Construction Project Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced On Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects. As an On Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards and within the agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams on-site
- Ensuring all projects adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise on-site in a timely manner
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, budgets, and timelines
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an On Site Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in reading and interpreting design plans and specifications
