We are seeking an experienced construction professional to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Residential Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential construction projects. Your primary objective is to ensure these projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

You will supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams on-site, ensuring all tasks are executed in accordance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Your role also involves liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee smooth project delivery. You must be able to identify and resolve any issues that arise on-site in a timely manner.

You will monitor and report on project progress, budget, and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

In addition, you will provide guidance, support, and training to the construction team, helping them develop their skills and expertise.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

A proven track record of successfully completing residential construction projects is essential, along with relevant qualifications or certifications in building, carpentry, or a related field.
