As a key member of our residential construction team, we are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to contribute to the success of our luxury over 50s resorts.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a vital part in upholding our commitment to quality and regulatory standards across all residential builds. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant construction regulations and company standards, facilitating the process for obtaining occupancy certificates, and maintaining detailed records of compliance checks and certifications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Vet and set up suppliers and contractors
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and inspections
  • Facilitate the process for obtaining occupancy certificates
  • Maintain detailed records of compliance checks and certifications
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or similar role within residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction regulations, building codes, and the occupancy certification process.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills to manage suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and navigate multiple projects.
