Job Title: Relationship Advocate

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic professional to join our sales team as a Relationship Advocate. This role plays a critical part in our business, directly interacting with customers who wish to cancel services and proactively engaging with customers nearing contract expiry to renew their agreements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships, and possess the ability to persuasively communicate with customers to retain them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers who wish to cancel services and identifying opportunities to retain them.
  • Proactively communicating with customers nearing contract expiry to renew their agreements.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies to retain customers.
