
Senior Client Relationship Advocate

The primary focus of this role is to serve as the key point of contact for all client queries and coordinate internal stakeholders to resolve issues with exceptional client satisfaction.
Job Description- Act as a trusted advisor, proactively managing client relationships and driving resolution of issues through strategic planning and effective communication.
- Collaborate in incident, problem, and change request fulfillment, advocating for the client in resolutions while ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop, implement, and monitor key account service level agreements (SLAs) for assigned clients, maintaining a high level of accountability and performance.
- Respond promptly to client requests, coordinating internal stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive client reports on a monthly/quarterly basis as required, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support new product onboarding for existing and new clients, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value.
- Regularly engage with clients to identify needs and ensure satisfaction; lead face-to-face meetings with assigned clients to foster strong relationships.
- Champion service offerings and capabilities among existing clients, promoting cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and contract reviews.
- Lead junior staff within the CRM team, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance skills and performance.
- Maintain the CRM system (Salesforce) for efficient communication with clients, leveraging technology to drive productivity and results.
- Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities through strategic initiatives and business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance-related discipline.
- 4+ years in a client relationship management role, demonstrating expertise and leadership potential.
- 5+ years' experience in funds administration, funds management, or custodianship, with a proven track record of success.
- At least 8+ years' experience in a corporate environment, with a strong understanding of business operations and strategy.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in key applications and tools.
