Job Title: Customer Relationship Management Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our team. As a CRM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer communications and engagement through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This position is part of our Growth squad within Marketing, where you will assist in broader optimization across owned and paid channels to drive end-to-end conversion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM and digital optimization, with experience in content creation, data preparation, journey builds, and testing. You will be responsible for supporting the CRM Lead in executing Comms Automation programs across Direct and Broker brands, as well as optimizing leads, drafts, and application programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the CRM Lead in executing Comms Automation programs
  • Optimizing leads, drafts, and application programs
  • Assisting in database management to ensure best practice for data hygiene and campaign performance
  • Contributing to the Growth and Lifecycle comms strategy
  • Collaborating in the creation and segmentation of customer journeys to drive personalized messaging
  • Maintaining and updating content on the Athena website
  • Providing support on paid media management, optimization, and reporting
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Data, or a related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in marketing, preferably agency-side or in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience with marketing automation platforms, ideally SFMC
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing acquisition programs at all stages of the funnel
  • Experience in website content management and optimization using CMS platforms, preferably Contentful
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
  • Strong analytical skills with high-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manipulate, analyze, and present complex data sets
  • Experience working in a regulated category is ideal, as is having experience working in an agile environment
