The Role

As a Property Strategist Assistant, you'll provide hands-on support to our senior strategists in delivering exceptional service to property investors. From preparing investment materials and coordinating appointments to researching property projects and maintaining CRM records, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their wealth-building goals.

This is a high-touch, fast-paced role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to build a career in the property investment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing investment briefs, property packs, and cash flow models for client meetings
  

• Conduct market and suburb research to support property strategy development
  

• Coordinate and schedule client consultations, strategy reviews, and follow-ups
  

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  

• Support the strategist in liaising with internal teams (mortgage, legal, admin) to ensure smooth processes
  

• Help track key project and client milestones across the investment journey
  

• Contribute to property analysis and reporting tasks as needed
  

About You

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate, finance, admin support, or client services
  

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  

• Comfortable with numbers, research, and working with digital tools (e.g., Excel, CRM platforms)
  

• Great communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  

• Eager to grow within the property investment space
  

• Prior exposure to the Australian property market is a plus
