
APAC Business Development Manager

This role is responsible for driving customer success and growth in the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working with C-suite executives, developing strategic partnerships, and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive customer adoption and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely issue resolution and proactive support
- Manage accounts end-to-end, from initial contact to closure, including negotiation and program management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales and/or account management, with a focus on strategic partnerships and customer success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with C-suite executives and other stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Mandarin verbal and written, with ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
