About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a proactive and driven sales professional. You\'ll take ownership of an existing portfolio of warm accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities. With the backing of a supportive and collaborative team, you\'ll have the autonomy to manage your own territory and drive growth.

What You\'ll Do

  • Manage and grow an established customer base across metro Melbourne and regional Victoria.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business within the packaging and manufacturing sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored product solutions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, reports, and customer records.
  • Travel as required within your territory to maintain strong relationships.

What You\'ll Bring

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, or a related sector.
  • A stable career history and consistent track record of results.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and confidence with reporting tools.
