About the role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of new business opportunities, partnering with prospective customers to understand their challenges and deliver tailored 3PL/4PL solutions. You'll lead the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition into our services, while also developing and executing sales strategies, call cycles, reports, and professional presentations. To deliver exceptional customer outcomes, you'll work collaboratively with internal teams including Commercial, Finance, Account Management, Onboarding, IT, and Procurement.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in sales, within logistics, freight forwarding, 3PL or 4PL
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders
  • A curious mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and find better ways of working
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
