D4C is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join their expanding team to deliver excellence in the Treatment program of works.
Key Responsibilities- Support Construction Leads to ensure allocated projects are delivered to scope within time, cost, quality and regulatory standards.
- Set daily, weekly and long term project programs to achieve required project outputs with plant, labour, materials and resources.
- Monitor and review costs, invoices and claims for allocated projects.
- Contribute to the constructability of a project with respect to design development.
- Undertake tender, evaluation, and award of subcontract procurement packages.
- Monitor the quality and quantities of incoming equipment and material against drawings and specifications and arrange corrections or modifications where necessary as per Inspection and Test Plans.
- Analyse and use document and record management, progress and project performance reporting compliance reporting.
- Demonstrate sound people management skills by managing work and performance of self perform workforce and subcontractors to achieve outcomes.
- Liaise and coordinate with all external parties and relevant statutory authorities and manage their attendance on site as necessary.
- Contribute to and foster a good safety, quality, environment and a community culture with a view to deliver differently.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Building Construction, Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-10 years' engineering experience.
- Pre-contracts knowledge in relation to design, planning and legislative requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management.
- Client relationship and stakeholder management experience.
- Highly competent with MS office.
- Drivers licence.
- White card.
