About the Role

As a key member of our Trade Counter team, you will play a vital role in supporting plumbers and other tradespeople with the products they need for their projects. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services.
  • Assist with product quotations, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Pick, pack, and manage stock control activities with ease.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized branch environment.
  • Occasionally make deliveries to customers using company vehicles.

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a must.
  • You should be comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems.
  • A valid driver's license is required, and you should be open to working a variety of shifts, including weekends.
