**Job Description: Project Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, tradespeople, and cliental.
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings and appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Assist in the preparation and tracking of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system for project documentation.
- Research and order project supplies, identifying new vendors and cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain and update contact lists for project stakeholders and team members.
- Submit and reconcile project-related expense reports.
- Provide general support to project teams and stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with contractors and service providers, including handymen, plumbers, electricians, and tilers, to coordinate project activities.
- Utilise project management software, CRM, and accounting tools effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Knowledge of project management principles and office management systems.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High school diploma and additional qualifications in project management or a related field are a plus.
- Experience with CRM and project management software.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, patient demeanor.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
