About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Trade Counter team as a Trade Counter Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to plumbers and other tradespeople, ensuring they have access to the products they need for their building and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on plumbing products and solutions
  • Process customer transactions and manage stock levels
  • Assist with pick, pack, and delivery activities
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
