Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to parents/carers and school staff.
  • Maintain family personal and departmental records in Cases21.
  • Manage and maintain the school Compass Portal, including coordination of Compass modules.
  • Assist with deployment, maintenance, and support of the DE laptop computers.
  • Perform routine hardware maintenance and troubleshooting for printers/photocopiers and other IT equipment.
  • Work with leadership to procure IT equipment and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in IT systems and software, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working with educational software and technology.
