**Job Title:** Central Coast Research and Innovation Director

**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Director, Central Coast Research and Innovation Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading strategic and operational activities to achieve the Centre's goals.

  • Leading operations, partnerships, and sustainability.
  • Developing collaborative research programs in priority areas.
  • Facilitating academic, clinical, and industry partnerships across disciplines.
  • Working closely with University and CCLHD research teams.
  • Driving translational research with measurable community impact.
  • Promoting innovation through industry engagement and commercialisation.

The successful candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in a relevant health discipline and/or demonstrable experience working as a senior clinician, policy maker, or manager in a health policy, practice, or research environment.

They will also have proven professional leadership qualities with demonstrable success in relationship management, research, innovation, and translational research, attracting research funding in a health-related environment.
