About The Role

The Team Leader Digital plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Digital Team's daily operations. This includes managing high-quality digital marketing campaigns, website management, and video production efforts in a fast paced environment. The position requires a strong commitment to customer service and user experience, and the ability to create value for the community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a key website improvement project, implementing accessibility and user experience design into digital initiatives, managing digital marketing campaigns, and implementing content and social media strategies, while leading a dynamic team of professions.

We are seeking an experienced, innovative and motivated individual who possesses a strong foundation in digital communications and project management.

• Degree in Digital Communications/Marketing, Project Management, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years in a similar role with a proven track record in digital tools and project management.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with effective communication and team management skills.
• Ability to build credible relationships and influence organisational outcomes positively.
  
  

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and be capable of offering strategic advice to enhance a wide range of digital initiatives. You should be able to assess complex information critically and make timely, informed recommendations to support the organisation's goals.

Other Important Information

• The commencing salary for this position is up to $106.6k per annum. Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $123.5k per annum on completion of assessment of skills and performance plus 12% superannuation
• We have a temporary full-time role available.
• This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight
• We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - 2 days from home and 3 days onsite
• This role is located at the Wyong Administration Building
