Overview

Cisco is a leading technology company that empowers customers to achieve their full potential. As a Technical Experience Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption and utilization of our technologies and services within customer organizations.

About the Role

This is a high-visibility position that requires a strong understanding of customer success, technology adoption, and financial management. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive a high-quality experience and achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive software, service, and value realization adoption to ensure successful renewal and growth.
  • Proactively manage and mitigate renewal risks throughout the customer journey, collaborating with the Renewals team to leverage risk insights and adoption action plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong executive and technical influence with customers, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
  • Advocate for customers within Cisco, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive a high-quality customer experience.
  • Accountable for financials, including services revenue and margin, and make strategic financial decisions.
  • Bvaluate E2E Customer plans aligning Delivery, Partner, Architecture, and Customer Success adoption strategy and execution.
  • Lead Customer Value Workshops and QBRs to review adoption progress and drive customer outcomes and benefits expected from Cisco products.
  • Be a Technology Evangelist between customers and Cisco's product teams, providing feedback to advise product development and enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Cisco technologies, competitive landscape, and industry trends to provide expert mentorship to customers.

Who We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in the technology industry with a good understanding of IT/Infrastructure & Services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Strategic problem solver with a strong background in customer success and technology adoption.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to develop and build partnerships with customers.
  • Adept at managing financials and making strategic investment decisions.
  • Proven track record of driving software and service adoption, mitigating renewal risks, and improving customer dedication.

What We Offer

Cisco offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our total compensation package includes benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Location
