Job Summary

We are seeking a Chief Customer Experience Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and delivering customer experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement initiatives to build engagement and affinity from onboarding to retention.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive customer experience and inform business decisions.
  • Analyse data to understand customer needs and predict future behaviour.
  • Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop customer experiences that meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Outstanding analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ownership and accountability for delivering results.
  • Adaptable attitude with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of user engagement and CRM tools.
  • 3-4 years' experience working with technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with AppCues, Canny, and Salesforce desired.
