About the Role

\

Cisco is seeking a seasoned Technical Adoption Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will drive the successful adoption and utilization of Cisco technologies and services within customer organizations, leading to value realization and growth of our business.

\

As a Technical Adoption Strategist, you will be the primary point-of-contact for customers, taking end-to-end ownership of their technical adoption journey. You will understand their business objectives and develop strategies that enable them to maximize their technology investments and promote the full use of our technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Drive software, services, and value realization adoption leading to successful renewal and growth, proactively managing and mitigating renewal risk throughout the customer journey.\
  • Develop and maintain strong executive and technical influence with customers, understanding their business challenges and objectives.\
  • Advocate for the customer within Cisco, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive a high-quality customer experience.\
  • Accountable for financials, including services revenue and margin, making strategic investment decisions to drive growth.\
  • Build and implement Technical Adoption Plans in partnership with CSS, aligning with customer goals to maximize technology investments.\
  • Lead Customer Value Workshops and QBRs to review adoption progress and drive customer outcomes.\
  • Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, and other teams to drive ARR and services growth.\

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • \
  • 7+ years of experience in the technology industry, with a good understanding of IT/Infrastructure & Services.\
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and drive cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.\
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to develop and build partnerships with customers.\
  • A deep understanding of Cisco, our technology, and the industry landscape.\

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
