We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to cultivate new business opportunities within our white-collar industries, focusing on strategic partnerships and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and align business outreach with fiscal year planning and budget cycles, ensuring timely and effective engagement with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales development or related experience, preferably with a background in selling to education or government sectors.
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement processes and RFP/RFQ best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and navigate complex organizations.
  • Resilient, process-driven, and effective in managing long-term sales cycles, with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
