About the Role- Lead school pursuits and manage service excellence across all commissions, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Manage multiple education projects in planning and delivery, leveraging your expertise to drive successful project management.
- Oversee project review and reporting mechanisms, financial management, change control, and quality reporting, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Support education sector leadership and local capability building, empowering current project leaders within the broader government team.
- Establish relationships with key departmental and senior stakeholders/client representatives, fostering collaboration and driving business outcomes.
- Manage project teams' performance, ensure resource compliance, and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
- Lead large stakeholder groups focused on business outcomes, communicating effectively to drive results.
- Contribute to business development activities, such as proposal development, internal opportunity management, and thought leadership development, staying at the forefront of industry trends.
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated expertise delivering schools or social infrastructure projects in a project lead/project director capacity.
- Proven ability to lead and grow teams, taking on team leadership and engagement opportunities.
- Proven ability in commission management/project leadership responsibility.
