Learning Operations Coordinator

As an Education Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational outcomes of educational programs. This includes coordinating tasks to achieve teacher performance, timetabling, resource allocation, teacher loads, and student progress.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing teachers, including supervision, performance, professional, and vocational development requirements.
To support learners, we implement methods and strategies such as mentoring, work preparation programs, study skills support, alternative delivery, and assessment methodologies, as well as communication strategies.
Additionally, we engage with employers and industry representatives to ensure teaching materials and content meet industry needs.
We continuously monitor and recommend changes to improve teaching operations that meet productivity standards, aiming to minimize waste and duplication of effort while seeking ways to enhance productivity with available resources.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including researching, selecting, and using a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools.
Required qualifications include Adult Teaching qualification at AQF 6 level or higher, Vocational qualifications relevant to or above the required level, Registration with professional bodies as required for the teaching discipline, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or qualifications meeting RTO Standards.
