Strategic Hotel Operations Manager

This position involves overseeing the daily hotel operations, encompassing accommodation, food and beverage, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will manage on-site teams, oversee food & beverage service, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Daily Hotel Operations: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including accommodation, food and beverage, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance services.
- Enhance Guest Experience: Ensure excellence in guest service and overall customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Manage, lead, train, and motivate on-site teams to provide an optimal customer experience.
- Food and Beverage Service: Oversee food & beverage service and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with WHS, licensing, and hospitality regulations.
- Exceptional Organisational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of Property Management Systems: Knowledge of Property Management Systems - Opera would be highly regarded.
- Strong Hospitality Background: Strong background in hospitality management operations.
- Proven Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and engaging a team to provide an optimal customer experience in a hotel environment.
