Hotel Operations Manager

Mandala Hospitality prioritizes people first. As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, hotel rooms, food and beverage service, staff management, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily hotel operations across accommodation, food and beverage, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance services
  • Ensure excellence in guest service and overall customer satisfaction
  • Manage, lead, train, and motivate on-site teams
  • Oversee food & beverage service and compliance with licensing requirements
  • Manage stock, ordering, rostering, budgeting, and reporting (P&L)
  • Maintain compliance with WHS, licensing, and hospitality regulations
  • Ensure the property is well-presented, safe, and operating efficiently
Requirements
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of Property Management Systems - Opera would be highly regarded
  • Strong background in hospitality management operations
  • Proven experience in leading and engaging a team to provide an optimal customer experience in a hotel environment
  • Operational knowledge and experience in all hotel departments with a strong focus on rooms divisions, food & beverage, revenue and yield management
  • Be experienced in cost control management
  • Proven experience in driving and achieving top-line revenue and bottom-line results
  • Ability to develop a budget and make sound decisions to ensure the hotel operates efficiently
