Job Opportunity: Business Coordinator

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing operational support to the Operations Manager for all business, financial, contract, and risk management functions. Your success in this position will be measured by your ability to manage and supervise activities under direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support: Assist the Operations Manager in implementing strategies and plans for operational improvements, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Financial Management: Provide administrative support for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, maintaining accurate records and adhering to financial regulations.
  • Contract Management: Assist in the development and implementation of contracts with suppliers and partners, fostering strong relationships and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Valid working visa or Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in business coordination, finance, contract management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
