The Enterprise Delivery Executive will support our Federal Government Program to deliver an enterprise data platform that will become the backend to drive one of the most visited websites in Australia.

This program involves rolling out a new system into a live environment, requiring the Enterprise Delivery Executive to be responsible for the overall success of Go Live and transition into the support teams ensuring the framework designed during build and test phases is fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery conduit for the Program team, understanding nuances of roll out per release
  • Lead small team to deliver ITIL-based services to operate and support Leidos-developed solutions within a multi-vendor collaborative environment
  • Establish trusted advisor relationship with customer and key stakeholders for each release of the program
  • Ensure risks are adequately captured and mitigated throughout planning and successful transitions in high-risk, live environment
  • Integrated member of the Program leadership team to ensure high-quality delivery against customers' requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing delivery, sustainment and roll out of complex ICT systems
  • Experience working with defence and/or federal government customers due to knowledge of their delivery frameworks
  • Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and implementation, set up of ITIL processes
