Job Overview

As a senior leader, you will oversee large-scale enterprise-wide initiatives and drive disciplined execution of critical programs.

This role involves leading the Program Value Realisation Office, empowering a high-performing delivery function to consistently deliver high-value outcomes.

You will be responsible for enhancing program management methodologies, providing oversight and governance across enterprise programs, and driving project planning excellence.

Additionally, you will facilitate strategic program design, ideation, and solution workshops with executive sponsors and business leaders.

Key aspects of this role include ensuring end-to-end program execution, partnering with Finance and Risk, and championing the uplift of delivery capability across the organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in enterprise-level PMO leadership or large-scale program delivery within complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing project delivery teams and PMOs from the ground up.
  • Deep knowledge of project management and portfolio governance methodologies.
  • Strong commercial and strategic planning skills, with the ability to align project delivery with broader business objectives.
  • Highly effective communicator and facilitator who can confidently engage at Executive and Board level.
