The Dietitian will provide clinical nutrition services to inpatients and day patients at a private hospital. This includes providing nutritional care, dietetic education, and liaison with food services regarding menu planning.
As part of the multi-disciplinary team, the Dietitian will contribute to the efficient, effective, and economic running of the unit. They will participate in working parties or committees as required and demonstrate a commitment to Continuous Quality Improvement through NSQHS, Workplace Health and Safety, achievement of hospital/facility accreditation, and deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities- To provide nutritional care to eating disorder inpatients and day patients through clinical intervention and liaising with food service.
- To provide dietetic education as part of the multi-disciplinary team for outpatient programs.
- Liaise with food services regarding menu planning.
- Flexibility to work across one or multiple hospitals across our network.
