As a key partner with our Sales, Marketing, Research & Development, Finance, Corporate Affairs, and Legal functions, this role will work closely with our team in NZ, supporting approximately 200 employees.
This integral part of our ANZ HR team works alongside passionate HR professionals, committed to delivering outstanding results to all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide operational HR support across the commercial business, including partnering with National Field Sales teams in Australia & NZ.
- Offer expert HR advice across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management and grievance handling.
- Play a key role in our Total Health, Rewards & Wellbeing initiatives, collaborating with our Regional Rewards CoE team.
- Support recruitment activities where required, ensuring seamless talent acquisition.
- Manage data, reporting, and people analytics, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Develop and lead HR and site-specific projects, driving regional growth and success.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field.
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor or Coordinator, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- A strong working knowledge of MS Office products.
- A team-oriented mindset, with a passion for collaboration and problem-solving.
