About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Caring Support Professional to join our team and provide high-quality care and companionship to residents living in our residential home.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with diverse needs and preferences.

You will work closely with our Care Manager to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each resident receives tailored support to enhance their quality of life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing essential care and personal assistance to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Building strong relationships with residents and their families through regular communication and interaction.
  • Assisting residents with daily activities, such as personal hygiene, grooming, nourishment, mobility, and other basic needs.

In addition to providing exceptional care, you will also contribute to the overall wellbeing of our residents by engaging them in lifestyle activities and promoting a positive and inclusive environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using electronic care planning systems.
  • A valid working visa and current Police Check.
