As a Key Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing critical administrative functions and support to our department. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the production and management of letting agreements
  • Coordinating trust accounting, property owner communication, maintenance invoicing, and ensuring we meet our statutory requirements
  • Communicating with various departments as required
  • Assisting with processing invoices and producing end-of-month billing sheets

For this role, you should have:

  • A minimum 3 years' experience in an independent administration position
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • A relevant license or certification
  • Diploma in Administration or equivalent (Preferred)
