We are seeking a dynamic Speech Pathologist to join our close-knit team in the beautiful Whitsundays. Our clinic is committed to providing exceptional services to our clients and we believe that you could be an excellent fit for our team.

Job Description:

As a Speech Pathologist with our clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those on the autism spectrum and with complex needs. You will be part of a supportive and flexible family-friendly workplace that values ongoing professional development and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing speech pathology services to clients, including assessment, treatment, and support;
  • Working collaboratively with other team members, including therapists, assistants, and administrative staff;
  • Participating in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and individual supervision sessions;
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders;
  • Staying up-to-date with best practice and research in speech pathology.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in speech pathology and membership with Speech Pathology Australia;
  • Professional indemnity insurance;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
