Job Description:
As a Speech Pathologist with our clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those on the autism spectrum and with complex needs. You will be part of a supportive and flexible family-friendly workplace that values ongoing professional development and community involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing speech pathology services to clients, including assessment, treatment, and support;
- Working collaboratively with other team members, including therapists, assistants, and administrative staff;
- Participating in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and individual supervision sessions;
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders;
- Staying up-to-date with best practice and research in speech pathology.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in speech pathology and membership with Speech Pathology Australia;
- Professional indemnity insurance;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
