About the Role
This is an opportunity to play an important role within a multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality intake and case management for individuals and families experiencing crisis accommodation needs.
We are looking for someone with:
- A Diploma or degree in Social Work, Community Services or similar
- Experience in homelessness, housing, or crisis casework and knowledge of issues affecting Aboriginal communities is highly regarded
- Strong case management, assessment and planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multi-disciplinary team
