Job Overview

Located in Darwin, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals experiencing crisis accommodation needs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a diverse team to deliver timely and participant-centered intake and case management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality intake and case management services to clients
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to support housing stability and wellbeing
  • Facilitate referrals and encourage participation in site activities
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant tertiary qualification (Certificate III or above) in social work, community services, welfare, or a related field, or equivalent experience in crisis, homelessness, or case management support. Strong case management, assessment, and planning skills are essential, as is effective communication, culturally responsive practice, and advocacy.
