We are seeking a skilled professional to manage end-to-end tax advisory and compliance solutions focused on employee mobility.

This is a hybrid position based in Sydney, Australia. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

  • Deliver comprehensive mobility tax support to enhance talent mobility in a cost-effective manner.
  • Manage cross-border tax and regulatory challenges and provide strategic guidance on remote work.
  • Offer expertise on home and host country tax reporting, assess individual tax residency, prepare tax returns and equalization settlements, and ensure compliance across employment tax categories including audit readiness and governance.
Main Responsibilities

Cover three main areas:

  • Comprehensive Mobility Tax Support: Deliver solutions that enhance talent mobility in a cost-effective manner.
  • Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation: Manage tax and regulatory challenges and provide strategic guidance on remote work.
  • Tax Reporting & Compliance Expertise: Offer guidance on tax reporting and compliance across employment tax categories.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Mobility Program Leadership: Brings experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs.
  • Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrates strong client relationship management and excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness with a flexible approach to work.
