Global Mobility Transformation Specialist

As part of our Global Mobility team, you'll contribute to developing cutting-edge global mobility programs and delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong client relationships and provide expert advice on assignment policy principles to enhance global mobility programs.
  • Program Leadership: Lead both on-shore and off-shore teams to manage and improve the delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value.
  • Risk Management: Oversee mobility advisory projects and proactively identify and manage business risks across social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
  • Mobility Program Leadership: Possess extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services environments.
  • Client Communication Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional client relationship management skills, especially with executive-level assignees, and excel in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combine strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure.
