Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing immigration and global mobility programs, ensuring compliance with international laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end processes for international assignments, including visas and relocation. They will also coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage international assignments, including visas and relocation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal policies and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed case files for each foreign worker and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assess candidate eligibility and work authorization options, outlining timelines and risks.
  • Develop strategies for high-volume foreign worker intake, considering various contingencies.
  • Mitigate risks related to immigration and mobility, navigating inbound restrictions and country-specific requirements.
  • Manage timelines for intra-company transfers, temporary assignments, and business travel.
  • Maintain global mobility policies and advise on compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of employment-based immigration policies and procedures. They should have the ability to adapt to changes in the global immigration landscape.

Additionally, they should have a client-focused approach with proactive communication skills. Proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and similar tools is required.
