Job Title

Design and Implement Global Mobility Programs

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global mobility efforts. This role involves designing and implementing effective global mobility programs, policies, and strategies that drive employee-centric experience, operational excellence, and compliance.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Setting the global mobility strategy and direction
  • Managing a global team of professionals
  • Setting OKRs and ensuring related team performance
  • Managing global vendor relationships
  • Oversight of ad-hoc projects such as company footprint expansion

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant working experience in global mobility
  • Global immigration experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing a global team
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Proven experience managing global vendor relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • A high level of integrity and discretion
