We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our global mobility programs, providing holistic advice and delivering high-quality service.

Job Overview

This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, with the opportunity to work flexibly and reduce hours. We're open to discussing potential options.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Advisory: Build strong relationships with clients, provide strategic guidance on global mobility programs, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead teams to manage and improve the delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value.
  • Risk & Project Management: Oversee mobility advisory projects, proactively identify and mitigate business risks, and ensure compliance across social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Mobility Program Leadership: Proven experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organizations or professional services, including in-house and external environments.
  • Client & Communication Excellence: Excellent client relationship management skills, particularly with executive-level assignees, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial acumen, industry knowledge, and a flexible approach to work, with the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase innovative solutions.
