Senior Consultant - Talent, Culture and Learning

A senior-level role for an experienced professional in organizational development, seeking to leverage their expertise in talent, culture, and learning to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of organizational development strategies, frameworks, and solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness and performance.
  • Support succession planning strategies to align talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development goals and strategies.
  • Implement workforce strategies that enable changing skill requirements, technology advancements, and foster resilience to adapt to evolving workplace dynamics.
  • Research and make recommendations to develop contemporary and compelling data-led talent management strategies and interventions.
  • Drive an integrated Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy, ensuring progress and delivery on goals and commitments.
  • Provide consulting and coaching services to people leaders to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Contribute to fostering an environment of continuous development, ensuring clients are at the center of design and implementation approaches.
  • Contribute to operational effectiveness and simplification initiatives within and across the People Team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in organizational development and a passion for creating people strategies that deliver value and impact.
  • Experience with talent and succession, diversity and inclusion, culture and engagement, people communications, capability, and learning.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to use multimedia with a good level of creativity.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development theories, principles, and practices.
  • Collaborative and creative team member who can foster a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.
  • Strong coaching and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A passion for staying abreast of industry trends and leading HR practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to adapt strategies and respond to changing organizational needs.
  • Experience in client-centered design, continuous improvement, and simplification programs.
