About the Role

STERIS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Endoscopy division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and other stakeholders within the territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate healthcare providers on the benefits of STERIS Endoscopy products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and effective customer support.
  • Analyse sales data and market insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Travel within the territory to optimize product exposure and penetration.
  • Establish and maintain contact with hospital management, purchasing departments, and hospital staff to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to develop annual sales forecasts and business plans.
  • Troubleshoot and evaluate product reliability issues within the territory.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, and market intelligence within the Corporate CRM.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent medical device sales experience.
  • Clinical experience in endoscopy or Gastroenterology/GI is an advantage.
  • Prior field sales or business-to-business sales experience in a hospital specialist setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Driven to succeed and displays courtesy and sensitivity in resolving difficult customer situations.
  • Able to travel a minimum of 50%.
