This is an exceptional opportunity to join Capgemini, a leading global consultancy, as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and hiring teams.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced environment or global matrix organisation. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is also required. Proficiency in utilising LinkedIn Recruiter and any ATS systems is essential, with experience recruiting within the consultancy or professional services industry being highly desirable.

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and align hiring efforts with organisational goals. You will also be responsible for tracking and analysing recruitment metrics to optimise processes and achieve impactful hiring outcomes.

In return for your expertise and dedication, you can expect a salary of around AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and rapidly growing company.
