Senior Performance Executive

The RoleWe're seeking a talented Senior Performance Executive to join our rapidly expanding media team. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and driving forward SEM strategies across top-tier clients under the Havas Media brand.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client performance media programs for designated portfolios, including client relationship, strategy, efficiency, and delivery on time and to budget.
- Mentor team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality campaigns and their continuing development as professionals.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day running of paid search accounts for clients, ensuring all accounts are set up to adhere to best practices and restructuring inherited accounts where necessary.
- Forecast accurately expected performance of campaigns for clients and create sharp reports highlighting main KPIs, insights, and next steps.
- Work with the team to create exceptional and holistic digital media plans, rooted in campaign business objectives, across paid search.
- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of performance and biddable campaigns against targets, integrating automation where possible for time-saving.
- Work closely with the Analytics team to ensure campaigns are being run and tested with the rigor needed to gain appropriate learnings.
- Highlight opportunities for innovation and improvement on client accounts through media, marketing, creative, technological, or process change.
- Build effective working relationships with staff and key clients, regularly communicating with regional counterparts to create synergy in campaign strategy and approach.
