About the Role

The Performance Executive is a critical position within our team, responsible for delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for campaign implementation, optimization, monitoring, and reporting, working closely with your manager to drive best-in-class solutions and deliver against targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies to drive business growth and improve client outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience in campaign optimization and execution, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
